What is OSA?
Obstructive sleep apnea (AP-ne-ah) is defined as episodes of apneas (not breathing) which last more than 10 seconds and that occur during sleep. These episodes may occur hundreds of times per night, and can lead to transient awakenings and fragmented sleep.
Symptoms of OSA
Symptoms of OSA may and may not include the following:
- Snoring
- Daytime fatigue/Somnolence
- Morning headache
- Heart burn (GERD)
- Nocturnal chest pain
- Restless sleep
- Night sweats
- Frequent nocturnal urination

Check your filter every other week — clean or replace if dirty.
Do not over tighten your mask; it may cause leaks.
